Refund policy
If a customer doesn't receive the service they paid for due to the Welper's cancellation or absence, the customer will receive a full refund.
If the customer is not satisfied with the service they received, they may contact us directly via the app or website and express their complaint, while submitting any necessary proof, such as: photos of the result of the service they received.
Welpco will then assess the complaint and contact the customer with our decision.
In all cases, customers have the ability to rate and leave reviews for Welpers once a job is complete, which will be visible to all customers.
Likewise, Welpers have the ability to rate and leave reviews based on their experience with customers.
If the Welper shows up on time for the service and the service requires the customer to be present, but they are absent, the service will be cancelled if the customer doesn't communicate their absence or late arrival with the Welper and an hour of pay will be kept to pay the Welper, and the remainder of the payment will be issued as a refund to the customer.
This is a transparent process that encourages positive experiences between customers and Welpers alike.
